Daniel Doimo
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel is a highly accomplished leader of multi-billion-dollar organizations with thirty-five years of experience in the Energy, IT, AI, and Software industries. He is a start-up enthusiast with a passion for building businesses, accelerating growth and transforming companies. Early in his career he led MGE-UPS Systems through an acquisition by Schneider Electric, where he rose to become EVP of Global Solutions and a member of the Executive Committee. In 2017 he was lured back to the start-up world and served as President and COO of Cylance a hyper growth start-up specialized in AI applied to Cybersecurity and acquired by BlackBerry in 2019. Daniel received an Electrical Engineering Degree and an MBA from Pepperdine. -
Rhone Resch
President & Chief Revenue Officer
Often referred to as the “voice of solar energy in America”, Rhone has 18 years of experience working in solar energy.Previously, Rhone was President and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), the national trade organization for America’s solar energy industry. During his 12-year tenure at SEIA, he worked with the top CEOs throughout the solar value chain to develop and build businesses that helped grow solar in the U.S. from 52MW to more than 16,000 MW/year. He holds an M.P.A. in management from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School, a Master of Environmental Engineering from SUNY Syracuse, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He sits on the Board of Directors for SunWorks and Bright Night Energy.

Thomas Mart
MD Europe
Thomas is a co-founder and the MD for Europe. His career includes work experience across four continents and over a decade of successful solar track record in utility scale photovoltaics at corporate, medium and start-up company environments.Equipped with an electrical engineering degree from the Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany, with his entrepreneurial spirit he negotiated and managed projects worth hundreds of millions, built up O&M services and country organizations for Siemens Energy, and was recognized as Siemens Corporate Expert. Subsequently he took over as executive board member and CSO of IBC Solar AG overseeing their triple digit million operations.

John Abe
Chief Technology Officer
John is an experienced CEO, Board member, and entrepreneur. Getting his start in the aerospace industry, he rapidly rose through the ranks. He spent nearly a decade as a turnaround specialist, bringing underperforming divisions to profitability.He has founded two companies, and his career span has developed multiple technologies and physical disciplines ranging from RF, digital design, and cloud platforms to machine learning products. His deep understanding of the supply chain has allowed John and his team to develop a cloud platform that transacted over $54 billion of procurements annually. John received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and completed the AEA Stanford Executive Program.

Having spent almost twenty years at the helm of ExtraTeam, a Systems Integration firm bringing cutting edge technologies to Fortune 100 companies across the globe, she knows what it takes to create success within an organization.Always ready to tackle the most difficult issues, she has a talent for bringing disparate groups together to find and implement effective solutions to business issues, balancing financial investment with company profitability. In her role as a business principle, she has been at the forefront of some of the most ground-breaking technologies to emerge over the past 20+ years, including the birth of cloud-based technologies and the Internet of Things. Most recently, she successfully managed the acquisition of ExtraTeam by Strategic Products and Services, now ConvergeOne, ensuring both companies merged smoothly throughout the transition, and shareholders received the maximum benefit for their investment.

Olivier is a results-driven Manufacturing and Operations leader with 26 years of progressive Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development and Technical Support leadership experience within a variety of industries, including FinTech, Multiterminal Gaming Machines, Watches, and Sustainable Packaging, across 3 continents.With an affinity for start-ups, he has a demonstrated background in building global manufacturing operations from the ground up – like Shinola in Detroit, consistently decreasing operational costs and building effective teams. He thrives in managing large projects from start to finish, bringing global teams together, mentoring diverse teams on industry SOPs and automating processes across departments. Olivier has a master’s degree in electrical engineering/electronics from the University of Liege, Belgium.

His extensive background includes leading engineering teams in diverse sectors such as IoT, hardware, SaaS, and telecom.Jeetu’s entrepreneurial spirit shone through when he co-founded Wellcore, a health and wellness startup, and he has been instrumental in key roles at Blackberry, Xoriant, and Veraz Networks, where he contributed to the company’s IPO. Having played a critical role in four successful startups, Jeetu excels in scaling engineering teams, driving product development, and delivering impactful business results. His blend of startup agility and corporate expertise enables him to tackle complex challenges and foster growth effectively.
